The staff was very cooperative and the doctor was so kind! They helped choose glasses that suited me. And my glasses were ready quickly! 🙂Great customer service. Was willing to listen and help me pick my frames. They have designer everything$$$$$$.Truly one of the best experiences I have ever had at an eye doctor. The whole staff is so incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, patient and kind. I have a very messy and complicated eye history and have been to many different doctors, and this office stands out in the most positive way. I would highly recommend them!The team here is sharp on the clinical side with a strong fashion sense, and they're not pushy salespeople. They'll tell you honestly if a frame is too narrow for your face, doesn't work with your eyebrows, or looks fine up close but awkward from a distance. Highly recommend.I had a wonderful experience at the eye doctor’s office. The doctor was very kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They are the best!!I had an amazing experience at I Doctor with my 6-year-old daughter! Hana, the office assistant, was incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming. She made us feel comfortable right away and was so patient while helping my daughter pick out her very first pair of glasses. Dr. Sayed was also wonderful—kind, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of my questions. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and very clean. We had such a positive experience, and I will definitely be coming back for future visits for myself and my family. All of the women in the office are incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. My 5 year old daughter and myself were seen, and they made the entire experience easy and comfortable for both of us. They were especially wonderful with my daughter, which as a mom means so much. Also, the frame selection is unmatched… everything was beautiful, it was hard to pick! Dr. Sayed was very knowledgeable and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Hannah was so patient and kind. My daughter felt so empowered and cared for she was able to get the contact lenses in and out very fast and is so excited to be able to wear contacts instead of glasses whenever she wishes! Thank you so much!Wow. Dr. Sayed is the best. We brought my daughter in for her first eye exam. The entire staff and Dr. Sayed couldn't have been more wonderful. They were so kind, patient, and thorough. They explained every part of the exam, and showed genuine interest in my daughter's eye health and also took the time to get to know her. She got things ready quickly and had some great options for frames already laid out after my exam and she had a great sense of what I was looking for and made the selection process super simple and quick. Dr. Sayed was not only nice but attentive. even with some other patients waiting she took her time with me so I got that personalized care during the exam and even during the frame selection but not so long that I was monopolozing her time from other patients. I didnt feel rushed like she was just waiting to get to the next patient it was a great balance and she did it well.First experience at with this eye doctor. Great customer service and the doctor is super nice and friendly! The two other ladies were also super helpful. I will definitely remain a customer :)Oh my gosh THE BEST selection of the most beautiful glasses I have ever seen at any eye doctors office… Or anywhere else for that matter! And the girls working there were so extremely helpful and good at helping you choose what looked best… Seriously, the best experience picking out glasses I’ve ever had and I’ve been picking out glasses for 20 years. Although I didn’t have my exam done here, the doctor came out and was helpful at choosing glasses also and she was so very sweet! There were so many that I loved I ended up being here an hour after they closed whittling it down to my favorites, and Michele was so very patient and helpful. I can’t thank her enough!Very helpful and nice workers who are very efficient at what they do10/10 experience! I had my first trial of contact lenses here and Michelle was the sweetest making sure I felt comfortable and was able to keep trying without feeling pressured. When I found out the doctor had opened a new office with state of the art equipment, I hurried over and was not disappointed. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor has a wonderful personality, is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the patient. I was also able to find eyeglasses for my husband and myself, plus the doctor solved my contact lens issue regarding near vision. After a brief conversation, I went in for my exam and came out to find a personalized selection of frames ready to try on! I still wanted to look at a few other frames and was encouraged to do so without feeling rushed. I felt like I had a personal shopper with me to give me honest feedback on every frame I tried on. Overall, I was very comfortable there, felt well taken care of, and am confident with the high level of competency of everyone in the office.
